Hosted in the newly redesigned Grand Ballroom on 28 November 2025, the celebration marked Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo’s 20th anniversary with an immersive seven-course culinary journey and refined beverage pairings that reaffirmed its position as one of the city’s leading dining destinations. Highlights included 360-degree projection art inspired by nature, the seasons, and the hotel’s signature fan motif, alongside cultural performances such as Gagaku, a live modern calligraphy display, and a dynamic LED-light POI performance, followed by a vibrant after-party at Oriental Lounge.

The evening expressed heartfelt gratitude to guests and the Nihonbashi community, honouring the hotel’s heritage while embracing a new decade of culture, craftsmanship, and exceptional hospitality.
