Masanobu Hoshina
Heading operations at RIN is Tokyo-born Masanobu Hoshina, known as Chef Masa, who has had a long and storied career, working at luxury hotels in his native Japan and in different parts of the world, including extensive experience in major Chinese cities.
The chef is renowned for his cheery personality and mastery of many different Japanese culinary techniques and styles.
