Mazarine
Situated on Hanover Square, adjacent to the hotel, Mazarine presents a dining experience attuned to the most refined sensibilities. Intimate yet atmospheric, it is a destination where classical French technique meets contemporary London elegance.
Inspired by the artistry and discipline of French cuisine, and informed by the character of its Mayfair surroundings, Mazarine is a seafood-focused atelier devoted to precision, seasonality and depth of flavour. The name itself evokes a sense of heritage and discovery, from the deep blue of the ocean to the richness of French cultural history, reflecting a restaurant with layers to explore.
Under the guidance of Chef Thierry Laborde, whose training includes Le Louis XV under Alain Ducasse and former leadership at Le Gavroche, each dish is a considered expression of the sea. Classical French foundations are paired with contemporary finesse, resulting in cuisine that is both assured and quietly distinctive.
