There's no better place to play cricket than Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental's beautifully manicured pitch in the East Wing. Bask in the majestic façade of the Palace, the perfect backdrop to your game, whether it's a friendly hit around or corporate sporting event. Spectators will love it too, thanks to the beautifully landscaped gardens that provide a scenic sitting area around the pitch.

Padel

 

Padel is one of the world's fastest-growing sports. Whilst the ball used and the scoring system are the same as in tennis, Padel is typically played as a doubles game on an enclosed court about half the size of a tennis court. Similar to squash, the ball is played off the walls as well as on court.

 

Our resident professional tennis coach offers a one-hour introductory lesson for newcomers to the sport. Court time, racket hire and balls are complimentary for in-house guests and beach club members.

Whether you're after a scenic bike ride or a light jog, Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental 6.5km trail caters to every need. Our manicured gardens, cricket pitch, white sand beach and the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Marina are just some sights you'll encounter along the route.


Bicycles are available for rent from the East Wing and West Wing Beach Club daily from 7am until sunset.

AquaFun Park

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi's AquaFun Park sits in a gentle bay 70 metres from the shore. Fully supervised and open to all guests, this playground on the water is the perfect way to make the most of the sun-soaked days.Open to hotel guests, beach club members and day pass users. Swim vests must be worn, and a minimum height is required.

The Kids Play Zone, located by the West Pool, hosts children aged 4 to 12. They can enjoy a variety of memorable educational experiences, fun games and sports activities.
