Authentic tastes from nine open kitchens serving classic dishes from destinations along the ancient Silk Route

Nine speciality open kitchens take centre stage and create a lively ambience and dining experience. Choose from Japanese Sushi & Sashimi, Arabic Mezze and Grills, Asian Wok, Rotisserie, Tandoori Oven, Yakitori & Charcoal Grill, Traditional Bread Oven, topped off with a selection of tempting desserts and sweets. Dishes are designed for sampling and guests can expect a culinary journey inspired by the famed Silk Route.  Located on one of the hotel's highest floors, Mosaic features an indoor seating area, outdoor terrace and a balcony offering a mesmerising backdrop with views of Barahat Msheireb, Al Corniche and West Bay.


Mosaic’s interior design is influenced by local materials and shapes. The colour palette is mostly neutral and echoes the Qatari desert sand dunes. Inspired by woven palm leaves, decorative partitions provide semi-private seating throughout the restaurant, while sofa cushions in tones of sea blue and patterns of pearling nets reflect the country’s pearling heritage.


Tour of Levant | Daily 11am to 11pm
Join Mosaic for an experiential dining experience featuring Levant and Arabic flavours. The new menu highlights a diverse range of traditional and seasonal dishes including a variety of mezzes, salads and signature dishes which celebrate the region including Hummus Beiruti, Chicken Maqluba and for dessert Umm Ali and Muhalabiya with Malika Honey.


BBQ Lunch | Every Friday 12:30 to 4pm
Join Mosaic for its newly launched BBQ Lunch, every Friday, where the nine live cooking stations will each present BBQ specialities including Wagyu Beef Roll, Braised Short Ribs and Prime Ribeye


Authentic Turkish Tastes | 2 to 5 February
A Turkish culinary adventure begins at Mandarin Oriental, Doha. Guest chefs from Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus, Istanbul and Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum will create traditional dishes at Mosaic restaurant.  Menu


Butcher’s Block | Every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 6 to 11pm
The nine live cooking stations at Mosaic will each present specialties from the butchers block for the menu with Wagyu Beef Maki Roll, Australian Wagyu Beef Roll, Butchers Master Cuts Platter with Braised US Prime Short Rib, Char-grilled M5 Wagyu Beef Rib Eye, Slow Roast Leg of Lamb with Herbs and for dessert Pistachio Tart and Banoffee Cheesecake. Valentine’s Day | 14 February 2023
For an evening of romance, choose to dine at Mosaic with breath-taking views of the city and experience a specially made set menu with Sushi, Sashimi And Maki Platter, Tom Kha Gai Soup And Thai Coconut Soup, Char Grilled Veal Racks Or Salt Crusted Sea Bream Fish with a side of roasted potatoes and green asparagus the experience will end with a Gianduja Chocolate Delice.
