The Michelin one-starred Ya Ge presents its first collaboration with renowned Japanese sake brand Dassai. The event celebrates the harmony between refined Cantonese cuisine and artisanal sake. Curated by newly appointed Chef de Cuisine Yuen Ming Sun, seven-course menu paired with six premium Dassai sakes priced at TWD 8,888* per person. A non-sake pairing set menu is also available for the dinner on 28 June, priced at TWD 6,888*.
