Using the finest organic ingredients and seasonally inspired produce, we offer an exciting, fresh interpretation of grill classics.

 

Such acclaimed cuisine requires an equally stunning setting and our Sir Terence Conran-designed space never fails to impress. Overlooking Statue Square and Chater Garden, décor is wonderfully vibrant with a moulded scallop-inspired ceiling, Gerard D’A Henderson paintings and a central banquette.


As part of our ongoing transformation, we are reimagining our dining destinations to offer refreshed ambiences, inspired cuisine, and even more memorable experiences for our esteemed guests. The first phase of this journey will see Mandarin Grill + Bar temporarily close from 15 February, with plans to welcome you back to a newly reimagined space in the second quarter of this year.

 

Child Policy: Children 6 years of age or above are welcome.


Dress Code: Smart Casual. Our atmosphere is relaxed and refined, and we welcome guests to dress with the same ease and consideration. We kindly ask that shorts of any length, torn denim, singlets, bathrobes, flip flops and gentlemen’s sandals be reserved for another occasion. Gentlemen are invited to wear a collared shirt or polo shirt.

Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong welcomes Chef Junior Nadje as Chef de Cuisine of Mandarin Grill + Bar, introducing a new chapter for one of the city’s most storied dining rooms. Trained in some of Europe’s most respected MICHELIN-starred kitchens, including Alléno Paris, La Mère Brazier in Lyon, La Chèvre d’Or in Èze and Blue Bay in Monte Carlo, Chef Nadje brings with him a rare mix of French precision, creativity and heart.


His arrival signals the beginning of an exciting new era for Mandarin Grill + Bar, one that reflects both his culinary vision and Mandarin Oriental’s philosophy of elevating tradition through creativity and craft.

Located on the first floor of Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, Mandarin Grill + Bar is widely renowned as Hong Kong’s favourite dining room serving an exciting contemporary adaptation of classic grill specialties.

 

Benefiting from abundant natural daylight and spacious seating, with the windows revealing peerless views of Statue Square and Chater Garden.

 

The overall décor is vibrant with a moulded scallop-inspired ceiling. A private dining room for up to 14 guests at the far end of the restaurant.
