Responsibility for Our Guests

At Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur, we promote holistic wellbeing through not only our spa services but also by offering our guests complimentary fitness and wellness activities such as evening walks, tennis clinics, yoga and pilates, and tabata, among various other activities.

Responsibility for Our Community

We support initiatives like food deliveries to the homeless and visits to welfare homes through collaborations with Kechara Soup Kitchen and Reach Out Malaysia. Strengthening our sustainability efforts, the hotel participated in an ideation workshop hosted by Impact Hub KL and WWF Malaysia on 23 September 2024 to develop a Best Practices Guidebook for Food Waste Management and Responsible Food Sourcing. Bringing together industry and academic experts, the guidebook will enhance sustainable food operations and serve as a valuable educational resource.
