For those new to yoga, this class begins with the basics, including postures and breathing techniques. Emphasis is on personal instruction and provides a solid foundation before embarking on further yoga disciplines.
Open to all lifestyle members and complimentary for hotel residents on Mondays and Wednesdays, starting at 7am, and on Saturdays, from 8am.
Exclusive small group classes available on request.
